All content on the Tyranny Response Team, including but not limited to code, graphics, logos, layout, design, writing or any other aggregate of content in whole or in part, is copyrighted both as components and as a collective work. The Tyranny Response Team is the sole owner of all content, including any content submitted by User. User may not modify, copy, or transmit any content from the Tyranny Response Team without written permission of the Tyranny Response Team. Copyrighted material may be downloaded for personal use only. In the event User engages in personal use or permitted copying, User shall make no modifications of, additions to, or deletions from, such content. User understands and agrees that User does not obtain any ownership rights through such use.

User shall not post on the Tyranny Response Team any material protected by copyright or trademark without the express permission of the owner of such copyright or trademark. User shall assume all liability for any loss or injury resulting from infringement of copyright or trademark by User. Any material submitted to the Tyranny Response Team grants the Tyranny Response Team the nonexclusive right to use such material, either in whole or in part, in any manner deemed appropriate by the Tyranny Response Team. User grants the Tyranny Response Team the nonexclusive right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any material submitted to the Tyranny Response Team.
